Hypnosis is a natural state, it is a feeling of deep relaxation, and during this state of deep relaxation your subconscious mind can take on new ways of thinking, which can help you to change and begin the life you dream about and deserve.

The easiest way to understand hypnosis is to think about when you are watching a film, although you are completely immersed in the story, you are still aware of your surroundings, but your subconscious mind is in another place.

All this of course can only take place if you really want it to, I cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do. I am simply a guide leading you through hypnosis, enabling you to use your mind to help yourself. Hypnosis is a powerful and modern alternative, and it is safe and peaceful.

The Unconscious Mind

It has long been recognised that the mind, body and soul are connected and that one affects the other. Most physical problems are connected to emotional issues, and that is why hypnotherapy by dealing effectively with emotional issues can be life changing. The unconscious mind is 90% of what you do, think and how you behave.

The medical profession is now beginning to understand the benefits of hypnosis and the mind body connection. Doctors and consultants are now recommending hypnotherapy for many problems including, IBS, Panic attacks and Depression.
