I know how scary it is to take the first step to improve your life because I have experienced counselling. I didn’t know what was expected from me and how it could even help me. Finding the right counsellor was paramount and recognising that I wanted help was the start of my journey.

Talking Therapies

Talking therapies are based on the core idea that talking about problems which are causing you anxieties or fear in any area of your life can help you to clarify them and therefore see a light at the end of the tunnel. Being listened to helps build self-worth giving you the courage to make positive changes, take back control of your life and live the best life you can.

Sometimes we are faced with an issue that family and friends are too close to us to be impartial. This is where I can help you by not judging you or trying to impose my beliefs and values on you. You are the only person walking in your shoes but I will be beside you all the way with empathy and creating a safe environment built on trust and honesty.
